1The LORD called to Moses and spoke to him from the tent of meeting. He said,
2Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, If any man of you bring an offering unto the LORD, ye shall bring your offering of the cattle, even of the herd, and of the flock.
2"Speak to the people of Israel and tell them: When any one of you brings an offering to the LORD, bring your offering from the livestock, from the herd or from the flock.
3If his offering be a burnt sacrifice of the herd, let him offer a male without blemish: he shall offer it of his own voluntary will at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD.
3"If his offering is a burnt offering from the herd, he must offer a male with no defect. He is to offer it of his own free will at the entrance of the tent of meeting, before the LORD.
4And he shall put his hand upon the head of the burnt offering; and it shall be accepted for him to make atonement for him.
4"He must lay his hand on the head of the burnt offering, and it will be accepted on his behalf to make atonement for him.
5And he shall kill the bullock before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall bring the blood, and sprinkle the blood round about upon the altar that is by the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
5"He is to kill the young bull before the LORD, and the priests, Aaron's sons, are to bring the blood and sprinkle it all around on the altar that stands at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
6And he shall flay the burnt offering, and cut it into his pieces.
6"Then he is to skin the burnt offering and cut it into its pieces.
7And the sons of Aaron the priest shall put fire upon the altar, and lay the wood in order upon the fire:
7"The sons of Aaron the priest are to put fire on the altar and arrange wood on the fire.
8And the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall lay the parts, the head, and the fat, in order upon the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
8"Then the priests, Aaron's sons, are to arrange the pieces, along with the head and the fat, on the wood that is burning on the altar.
9But his inwards and his legs shall he wash in water: and the priest shall burn all on the altar, to be a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
9"But he must wash its inner parts and its legs with water, and the priest is to burn all of it on the altar as a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
10And if his offering be of the flocks, namely, of the sheep, or of the goats, for a burnt sacrifice; he shall bring it a male without blemish.
10"If his offering for a burnt offering is from the flock, from the sheep or the goats, he must bring a male with no defect.
11And he shall kill it on the side of the altar northward before the LORD: and the priests, Aaron’s sons, shall sprinkle his blood round about upon the altar.
11"He is to kill it on the north side of the altar before the LORD, and the priests, Aaron's sons, are to sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.
12And he shall cut it into his pieces, with his head and his fat: and the priest shall lay them in order on the wood that is on the fire which is upon the altar:
12"He is to cut it into its pieces, with its head and its fat, and the priest is to arrange them on the wood that is burning on the altar.
13But he shall wash the inwards and the legs with water: and the priest shall bring it all, and burn it upon the altar: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
13"But he must wash the inner parts and the legs with water, and the priest is to bring all of it and burn it on the altar. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
14And if the burnt sacrifice for his offering to the LORD be of fowls, then he shall bring his offering of turtledoves, or of young pigeons.
14"If his burnt offering to the LORD is from the birds, he is to bring his offering from the turtledoves or the young pigeons.
15And the priest shall bring it unto the altar, and wring off his head, and burn it on the altar; and the blood thereof shall be wrung out at the side of the altar:
15"The priest is to bring it to the altar, wring off its head, and burn it on the altar, and its blood is to be drained out against the side of the altar.
16And he shall pluck away his crop with his feathers, and cast it beside the altar on the east part, by the place of the ashes:
16"He is to remove its crop with its feathers and throw it beside the altar on the east side, in the place for the ashes.
17And he shall cleave it with the wings thereof, but shall not divide it asunder: and the priest shall burn it upon the altar, upon the wood that is upon the fire: it is a burnt sacrifice, an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
17"He is to tear it open by its wings without pulling it completely apart, and the priest is to burn it on the altar, on the wood that is on the fire. It is a burnt offering, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
2The Grain Offering

1And when any will offer a meat offering unto the LORD, his offering shall be of fine flour; and he shall pour oil upon it, and put frankincense thereon:
1"When anyone brings a grain offering to the LORD, his offering must be of fine flour. He is to pour oil on it and put frankincense on it,
2And he shall bring it to Aaron’s sons the priests: and he shall take thereout his handful of the flour thereof, and of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof; and the priest shall burn the memorial of it upon the altar, to be an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD:
2"and bring it to Aaron's sons, the priests. The priest is to take a handful of the flour and oil, together with all the frankincense, and burn this as the memorial portion on the altar, an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
3And the remnant of the meat offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.
3"What is left of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons. It is a most holy part of the offerings made to the LORD by fire.
4And if thou bring an oblation of a meat offering baken in the oven, it shall be unleavened cakes of fine flour mingled with oil, or unleavened wafers anointed with oil.
4"If you bring a grain offering baked in an oven, it must be unleavened cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, or unleavened wafers brushed with oil.
5And if thy oblation be a meat offering baken in a pan, it shall be of fine flour unleavened, mingled with oil.
5"If your offering is a grain offering cooked on a griddle, it must be unleavened fine flour mixed with oil.
6Thou shalt part it in pieces, and pour oil thereon: it is a meat offering.
6"Break it into pieces and pour oil on it. It is a grain offering.
7And if thy oblation be a meat offering baken in the fryingpan, it shall be made of fine flour with oil.
7"If your offering is a grain offering cooked in a pan, it must be made of fine flour with oil.
8And thou shalt bring the meat offering that is made of these things unto the LORD: and when it is presented unto the priest, he shall bring it unto the altar.
8"Bring the grain offering made from these things to the LORD. When it is presented to the priest, he is to bring it to the altar.
9And the priest shall take from the meat offering a memorial thereof, and shall burn it upon the altar: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
9"The priest is to take the memorial portion from the grain offering and burn it on the altar. It is an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
10And that which is left of the meat offering shall be Aaron’s and his sons’: it is a thing most holy of the offerings of the LORD made by fire.
10"What is left of the grain offering belongs to Aaron and his sons. It is a most holy part of the offerings made to the LORD by fire.
11No meat offering, which ye shall bring unto the LORD, shall be made with leaven: for ye shall burn no leaven, nor any honey, in any offering of the LORD made by fire.
11"No grain offering that you bring to the LORD may be made with yeast, for you must never burn yeast or honey in any offering made to the LORD by fire.
12As for the oblation of the firstfruits, ye shall offer them unto the LORD: but they shall not be burnt on the altar for a sweet savour.
12"You may bring them to the LORD as an offering of firstfruits, but they are not to be burned on the altar as a pleasing aroma.
13And every oblation of thy meat offering shalt thou season with salt; neither shalt thou suffer the salt of the covenant of thy God to be lacking from thy meat offering: with all thine offerings thou shalt offer salt.
13"Season every grain offering you bring with salt. Never leave the salt of the covenant of your God out of your grain offering. Offer salt with all your offerings.
14And if thou offer a meat offering of thy firstfruits unto the LORD, thou shalt offer for the meat offering of thy firstfruits green ears of corn dried by the fire, even corn beaten out of full ears.
14"If you bring a grain offering of firstfruits to the LORD, offer for the grain offering of your firstfruits fresh heads of grain roasted over the fire, grain crushed from full heads.
15And thou shalt put oil upon it, and lay frankincense thereon: it is a meat offering.
15"Put oil on it and lay frankincense on it. It is a grain offering.
16And the priest shall burn the memorial of it, part of the beaten corn thereof, and part of the oil thereof, with all the frankincense thereof: it is an offering made by fire unto the LORD.
16"The priest is to burn the memorial portion of it, some of the crushed grain and some of the oil, together with all the frankincense. It is an offering made to the LORD by fire.
3The Peace Offering

1And if his oblation be a sacrifice of peace offering, if he offer it of the herd; whether it be a male or female, he shall offer it without blemish before the LORD.
1"If his offering is a peace offering, and he offers it from the herd, whether male or female, he must offer an animal with no defect before the LORD.
2And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons the priests shall sprinkle the blood upon the altar round about.
2"He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it at the entrance of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons, the priests, are to sprinkle the blood all around on the altar.
3And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,

4And the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

5And Aaron’s sons shall burn it on the altar upon the burnt sacrifice, which is upon the wood that is on the fire: it is an offering made by fire, of a sweet savour unto the LORD.
5"Aaron's sons are to burn it on the altar on top of the burnt offering that lies on the wood over the fire. It is an offering made by fire, a pleasing aroma to the LORD.
6And if his offering for a sacrifice of peace offering unto the LORD be of the flock; male or female, he shall offer it without blemish.
6"If his peace offering to the LORD is from the flock, male or female, he must offer an animal with no defect.
7If he offer a lamb for his offering, then shall he offer it before the LORD.
7"If he offers a lamb as his offering, he is to present it before the LORD.
8And he shall lay his hand upon the head of his offering, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and Aaron’s sons shall sprinkle the blood thereof round about upon the altar.
8"He is to lay his hand on the head of his offering and kill it in front of the tent of meeting, and Aaron's sons are to sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.
9And he shall offer of the sacrifice of the peace offering an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat thereof, and the whole rump, it shall he take off hard by the backbone; and the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,
9"From the peace offering he is to present an offering made to the LORD by fire: its fat, the whole fat tail cut off close to the backbone, the fat that covers the inner parts and all the fat that is on them,
10And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.
10"the two kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he is to remove along with the kidneys.
11And the priest shall burn it upon the altar: it is the food of the offering made by fire unto the LORD.
11"The priest is to burn it on the altar as food, an offering made to the LORD by fire.
12And if his offering be a goat, then he shall offer it before the LORD.
12"If his offering is a goat, he is to present it before the LORD.
13And he shall lay his hand upon the head of it, and kill it before the tabernacle of the congregation: and the sons of Aaron shall sprinkle the blood thereof upon the altar round about.
13"He is to lay his hand on its head and kill it in front of the tent of meeting, and the sons of Aaron are to sprinkle its blood all around on the altar.
14And he shall offer thereof his offering, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,
14"From it he is to present his offering, an offering made to the LORD by fire: the fat that covers the inner parts and all the fat that is on them,
15And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away.

17It shall be a perpetual statute for your generations throughout all your dwellings, that ye eat neither fat nor blood.

4The Sin Offering

1And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,
1The LORD spoke to Moses. He said,
2Speak unto the children of Israel, saying, If a soul shall sin through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and shall do against any of them:
2"Speak to the people of Israel and say: When anyone sins without meaning to, by doing something the LORD's commandments forbid, and breaks any one of them:
3If the priest that is anointed do sin according to the sin of the people; then let him bring for his sin, which he hath sinned, a young bullock without blemish unto the LORD for a sin offering.
3"If it is the anointed priest who sins, bringing guilt on the people, he must bring to the LORD a young bull with no defect as a sin offering for the sin he has committed.
4And he shall bring the bullock unto the door of the tabernacle of the congregation before the LORD; and shall lay his hand upon the bullock’s head, and kill the bullock before the LORD.
4"He is to bring the bull to the entrance of the tent of meeting before the LORD, lay his hand on the bull's head, and kill the bull before the LORD.
5And the priest that is anointed shall take of the bullock’s blood, and bring it to the tabernacle of the congregation:
5"Then the anointed priest is to take some of the bull's blood and bring it into the tent of meeting.
6And the priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle of the blood seven times before the LORD, before the vail of the sanctuary.

7And the priest shall put some of the blood upon the horns of the altar of sweet incense before the LORD, which is in the tabernacle of the congregation; and shall pour all the blood of the bullock at the bottom of the altar of the burnt offering, which is at the door of the tabernacle of the congregation.
7"The priest is to put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of fragrant incense that stands before the LORD in the tent of meeting, and pour out all the rest of the bull's blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
8And he shall take off from it all the fat of the bullock for the sin offering; the fat that covereth the inwards, and all the fat that is upon the inwards,
8"He is to remove all the fat from the bull of the sin offering: the fat that covers the inner parts and all the fat that is on them,
9And the two kidneys, and the fat that is upon them, which is by the flanks, and the caul above the liver, with the kidneys, it shall he take away,
9"the two kidneys with the fat on them near the loins, and the lobe of the liver, which he is to remove along with the kidneys,
10As it was taken off from the bullock of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest shall burn them upon the altar of the burnt offering.
10"just as these are removed from the bull of the peace offering. The priest is to burn them on the altar of burnt offering.
11And the skin of the bullock, and all his flesh, with his head, and with his legs, and his inwards, and his dung,
11"But the hide of the bull and all its flesh, with its head, its legs, its inner parts and its waste,
12Even the whole bullock shall he carry forth without the camp unto a clean place, where the ashes are poured out, and burn him on the wood with fire: where the ashes are poured out shall he be burnt.
12"the whole bull, he is to carry outside the camp to a clean place where the ashes are dumped, and burn it on a wood fire. It is to be burned where the ashes are dumped.
13And if the whole congregation of Israel sin through ignorance, and the thing be hid from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which should not be done, and are guilty;
13"If the whole community of Israel sins without meaning to, and the matter is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done something the LORD's commandments forbid and are guilty,
14When the sin, which they have sinned against it, is known, then the congregation shall offer a young bullock for the sin, and bring him before the tabernacle of the congregation.
14"when the sin they have committed becomes known, the community must offer a young bull as a sin offering and bring it in front of the tent of meeting.
15And the elders of the congregation shall lay their hands upon the head of the bullock before the LORD: and the bullock shall be killed before the LORD.
15"The elders of the community are to lay their hands on the bull's head before the LORD, and the bull is to be killed before the LORD.
16And the priest that is anointed shall bring of the bullock’s blood to the tabernacle of the congregation:
16"Then the anointed priest is to bring some of the bull's blood into the tent of meeting.
17And the priest shall dip his finger in some of the blood, and sprinkle it seven times before the LORD, even before the vail.

18"He is to put some of the blood on the horns of the altar that stands before the LORD in the tent of meeting, and pour out all the rest of the blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering at the entrance of the tent of meeting.
19And he shall take all his fat from him, and burn it upon the altar.
19"He is to remove all its fat and burn it on the altar.
20And he shall do with the bullock as he did with the bullock for a sin offering, so shall he do with this: and the priest shall make an atonement for them, and it shall be forgiven them.
20"He is to do with this bull just as he did with the bull of the sin offering; that is how he is to handle it. So the priest will make atonement for them, and they will be forgiven.
21And he shall carry forth the bullock without the camp, and burn him as he burned the first bullock: it is a sin offering for the congregation.
21"Then he is to carry the bull outside the camp and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is a sin offering for the community.
22When a ruler hath sinned, and done somewhat through ignorance against any of the commandments of the LORD his God concerning things which should not be done, and is guilty;
22"When a leader sins and without meaning to does something the commandments of the LORD his God forbid, and is guilty,
23Or if his sin, wherein he hath sinned, come to his knowledge; he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a male without blemish:
23"or when the sin he has committed is made known to him, he must bring as his offering a male goat with no defect.
24And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before the LORD: it is a sin offering.
24"He is to lay his hand on the goat's head and kill it before the LORD in the place where the burnt offering is killed. It is a sin offering.
25And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out his blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering.
25"The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.
26And he shall burn all his fat upon the altar, as the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings: and the priest shall make an atonement for him as concerning his sin, and it shall be forgiven him.
26"He is to burn all its fat on the altar, like the fat of the peace offering. So the priest will make atonement for him for his sin, and he will be forgiven.
27And if any one of the common people sin through ignorance, while he doeth somewhat against any of the commandments of the LORD concerning things which ought not to be done, and be guilty;
27"If any ordinary person sins without meaning to, by doing something the LORD's commandments forbid, and is guilty,
28Or if his sin, which he hath sinned, come to his knowledge: then he shall bring his offering, a kid of the goats, a female without blemish, for his sin which he hath sinned.
28"or when the sin he has committed is made known to him, he must bring as his offering a female goat with no defect for the sin he has committed.
29And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay the sin offering in the place of the burnt offering.

31And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat is taken away from off the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it upon the altar for a sweet savour unto the LORD; and the priest shall make an atonement for him, and it shall be forgiven him.
31"He is to remove all its fat, just as the fat is removed from the peace offering, and the priest is to burn it on the altar as a pleasing aroma to the LORD. So the priest will make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.
32And if he bring a lamb for a sin offering, he shall bring it a female without blemish.
32"If he brings a lamb as his sin offering, he must bring a female with no defect.
33And he shall lay his hand upon the head of the sin offering, and slay it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering.
33"He is to lay his hand on the head of the sin offering and kill it as a sin offering in the place where the burnt offering is killed.
34And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar:
34"The priest is to take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and pour out all the rest of its blood at the base of the altar.
35And he shall take away all the fat thereof, as the fat of the lamb is taken away from the sacrifice of the peace offerings; and the priest shall burn them upon the altar, according to the offerings made by fire unto the LORD: and the priest shall make an atonement for his sin that he hath committed, and it shall be forgiven him.
35"He is to remove all its fat, just as the lamb's fat is removed from the peace offering, and the priest is to burn them on the altar on top of the offerings made to the LORD by fire. So the priest will make atonement for the sin he has committed, and he will be forgiven.

1And if a soul sin, and hear the voice of swearing, and is a witness, whether he hath seen or known of it; if he do not utter it, then he shall bear his iniquity.
1"If someone sins because he hears a public call to testify, and he is a witness who has seen or knows about the matter, yet does not speak up, he will carry his guilt.
2Or if a soul touch any unclean thing, whether it be a carcase of an unclean beast, or a carcase of unclean cattle, or the carcase of unclean creeping things, and if it be hidden from him; he also shall be unclean, and guilty.
2"Or if someone touches anything unclean, whether the carcass of an unclean wild animal, of unclean livestock, or of an unclean creature that crawls, even if he does not realize it, he is unclean and guilty.
3Or if he touch the uncleanness of man, whatsoever uncleanness it be that a man shall be defiled withal, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty.
3"Or if he touches human uncleanness, any kind of uncleanness that makes a person unclean, without realizing it, then when he learns of it he is guilty.
4Or if a soul swear, pronouncing with his lips to do evil, or to do good, whatsoever it be that a man shall pronounce with an oath, and it be hid from him; when he knoweth of it, then he shall be guilty in one of these.
4"Or if someone thoughtlessly swears with his lips to do something bad or something good, whatever a person may rashly swear with an oath, without realizing it, then when he learns of it he is guilty in any of these matters.
5And it shall be, when he shall be guilty in one of these things, that he shall confess that he hath sinned in that thing:
5"When he becomes guilty in any of these matters, he must confess the sin he has committed,
6And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the LORD for his sin which he hath sinned, a female from the flock, a lamb or a kid of the goats, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make an atonement for him concerning his sin.
6"and bring to the LORD as a penalty for the sin he has committed a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, as a sin offering. And the priest will make atonement for him for his sin.
7And if he be not able to bring a lamb, then he shall bring for his trespass, which he hath committed, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, unto the LORD; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.
7"If he cannot afford a lamb, he is to bring to the LORD, as the penalty for the sin he has committed, two turtledoves or two young pigeons, one for a sin offering and the other for a burnt offering.
8And he shall bring them unto the priest, who shall offer that which is for the sin offering first, and wring off his head from his neck, but shall not divide it asunder:
8"He is to bring them to the priest, who is to offer the one for the sin offering first. He is to wring its head from its neck without pulling it completely off,
9And he shall sprinkle of the blood of the sin offering upon the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be wrung out at the bottom of the altar: it is a sin offering.
9"and sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering against the side of the altar. The rest of the blood is to be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.
10And he shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the manner: and the priest shall make an atonement for him for his sin which he hath sinned, and it shall be forgiven him.

11But if he be not able to bring two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, then he that sinned shall bring for his offering the tenth part of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering; he shall put no oil upon it, neither shall he put any frankincense thereon: for it is a sin offering.

26And out of the basket of unleavened bread, that was before the LORD, he took one unleavened cake, and a cake of oiled bread, and one wafer, and put them on the fat, and upon the right shoulder:

17"Why didn't you eat the sin offering in the holy place? It is most holy, and God gave it to you to carry away the guilt of the community, to make atonement for them before the LORD.
18Behold, the blood of it was not brought in within the holy place: ye should indeed have eaten it in the holy place, as I commanded.

19And Aaron said unto Moses, Behold, this day have they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the LORD; and such things have befallen me: and if I had eaten the sin offering to day, should it have been accepted in the sight of the LORD?
19Aaron answered Moses, "Look, today they offered their sin offering and their burnt offering before the LORD, and yet such things have happened to me. If I had eaten the sin offering today, would the LORD have been pleased with that?"

40And the man whose hair is fallen off his head, he is bald; yet is he clean.

51And he shall look on the plague on the seventh day: if the plague be spread in the garment, either in the warp, or in the woof, or in a skin, or in any work that is made of skin; the plague is a fretting leprosy; it is unclean.
51On the seventh day he is to examine the spot again. If it has spread in the clothing, the woven or knitted material, the leather, or anything made of leather, it is a destructive mildew; the item is unclean.
52He shall therefore burn that garment, whether warp or woof, in woollen or in linen, or any thing of skin, wherein the plague is: for it is a fretting leprosy; it shall be burnt in the fire.
52He must burn the clothing, whether woven or knitted, of wool or of linen, or the leather article that has the spot in it, because it is a destructive mildew. It must be burned in the fire.

36Then the priest shall command that they empty the house, before the priest go into it to see the plague, that all that is in the house be not made unclean: and afterward the priest shall go in to see the house:

37And he shall look on the plague, and, behold, if the plague be in the walls of the house with hollow strakes, greenish or reddish, which in sight are lower than the wall;

38Then the priest shall go out of the house to the door of the house, and shut up the house seven days:

22Animals that are blind, have broken bones, are maimed, or have a growth, an itching disease, or scabs, you must not offer to the LORD, nor place them on the altar as an offering by fire to the LORD.
23Either a bullock or a lamb that hath any thing superfluous or lacking in his parts, that mayest thou offer for a freewill offering; but for a vow it shall not be accepted.

10He shall not alter it, nor change it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good: and if he shall at all change beast for beast, then it and the exchange thereof shall be holy.
10He must not swap it or exchange it, a good one for a bad one or a bad one for a good one. If he does exchange one animal for another, both the animal and its substitute become holy.
11And if it be any unclean beast, of which they do not offer a sacrifice unto the LORD, then he shall present the beast before the priest:
11If it is an unclean animal, one that may not be offered as a sacrifice to the LORD, he is to bring the animal before the priest,
12And the priest shall value it, whether it be good or bad: as thou valuest it, who art the priest, so shall it be.
12and the priest will judge its value, whether high or low. Whatever value the priest sets, that is what it will be.
13But if he will at all redeem it, then he shall add a fifth part thereof unto thy estimation.
13If the owner wants to buy it back, he must add a fifth to its value.
14And when a man shall sanctify his house to be holy unto the LORD, then the priest shall estimate it, whether it be good or bad: as the priest shall estimate it, so shall it stand.
14"When someone dedicates his house as holy to the LORD, the priest will judge its value, whether high or low. Whatever value the priest sets will stand.
15And if he that sanctified it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be his.
15If the one who dedicated his house wants to buy it back, he must add a fifth to its set value, and then it will be his again.
16And if a man shall sanctify unto the LORD some part of a field of his possession, then thy estimation shall be according to the seed thereof: an homer of barley seed shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.
16"If someone dedicates to the LORD part of the land he inherited, its value is to be set by the amount of seed it takes to plant it: a homer of barley seed counts as fifty shekels of silver.
17If he sanctify his field from the year of jubile, according to thy estimation it shall stand.
17If he dedicates his field starting from the Year of Jubilee, the full value stands.
18But if he sanctify his field after the jubile, then the priest shall reckon unto him the money according to the years that remain, even unto the year of the jubile, and it shall be abated from thy estimation.
18But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, the priest will calculate the price according to the years left until the next Year of Jubilee, and the value will be reduced accordingly.
19And if he that sanctified the field will in any wise redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of thy estimation unto it, and it shall be assured to him.
19If the one who dedicated the field wants to buy it back, he must add a fifth to its set value, and then it will belong to him again.
20And if he will not redeem the field, or if he have sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more.
20But if he does not buy the field back, or if he has sold it to someone else, it can never be bought back again.
21But the field, when it goeth out in the jubile, shall be holy unto the LORD, as a field devoted; the possession thereof shall be the priest’s.
21When the field is released in the Jubilee, it will be holy to the LORD, like a field set apart for him; it will become the property of the priests.
22And if a man sanctify unto the LORD a field which he hath bought, which is not of the fields of his possession;
22"If someone dedicates to the LORD a field he has bought, one that is not part of the land he inherited,
23Then the priest shall reckon unto him the worth of thy estimation, even unto the year of the jubile: and he shall give thine estimation in that day, as a holy thing unto the LORD.
23the priest will calculate its value up to the Year of Jubilee, and the man must pay that amount the same day as something holy to the LORD.
24In the year of the jubile the field shall return unto him of whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land did belong.
24In the Year of Jubilee the field will go back to the one it was bought from, the one whose family land it was.
25And all thy estimations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs shall be the shekel.
25Every valuation is to be measured by the sanctuary shekel; twenty gerahs make one shekel.
26Only the firstling of the beasts, which should be the LORD’s firstling, no man shall sanctify it; whether it be ox, or sheep: it is the LORD’s.
26"No one may dedicate the firstborn of an animal, because a firstborn already belongs to the LORD. Whether it is an ox or a sheep, it is the LORD's.
27And if it be of an unclean beast, then he shall redeem it according to thine estimation, and shall add a fifth part of it thereto: or if it be not redeemed, then it shall be sold according to thy estimation.
27If it is an unclean animal, he may buy it back at its set value plus a fifth; if it is not bought back, it is to be sold at its set value.
28Notwithstanding no devoted thing, that a man shall devote unto the LORD of all that he hath, both of man and beast, and of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed: every devoted thing is most holy unto the LORD.
28"But nothing that a person has set apart for the LORD as devoted, whether a person, an animal, or land from his inheritance, may be sold or bought back. Everything devoted in this way is most holy to the LORD.
29None devoted, which shall be devoted of men, shall be redeemed; but shall surely be put to death.
29No person who has been devoted to destruction may be bought back; that person must be put to death.
30And all the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land, or of the fruit of the tree, is the LORD’s: it is holy unto the LORD.
30"A tenth of everything the land produces, whether grain from the soil or fruit from the trees, belongs to the LORD; it is holy to the LORD.
31And if a man will at all redeem ought of his tithes, he shall add thereto the fifth part thereof.

32And concerning the tithe of the herd, or of the flock, even of whatsoever passeth under the rod, the tenth shall be holy unto the LORD.
32Every tenth animal of the herd or flock, every one that passes under the shepherd's rod, is to be holy to the LORD.
33He shall not search whether it be good or bad, neither shall he change it: and if he change it at all, then both it and the change thereof shall be holy; it shall not be redeemed.
33He must not pick through them to find good ones or bad ones, and he must not swap them. If he does swap one, both the animal and its substitute become holy, and it cannot be bought back."
